**Job Overview:** **Warehouse Supervisor - Williamson, NY** The **Warehouse Supervisor** is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers that involve ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in a small to mid-sized warehouse or yard. **Shift & Schedule:** This is a full-time position on Night Shift: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. **Position Responsibilities** + Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse. + Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. + Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks. + Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. + Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and inventory shipments. + Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget while meeting the demands of the facility. + Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). + Ensure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks, is properly maintained and inspection practices are followed. **Total Rewards:** + Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors **Where Applicable:** + Benefits eligible day one!! + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility **Requirements:** + High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) + 3 years of experience in Warehouse or Production Environment + Experience in a strong leadership role, presenting to regional leadership teams, local leadership teams, and front-line employees preferred + Experience with inventory and financial cost management systems: SAP or similar system capability preferred + Experience working with MHE, (material handling equipment) understand warehouse capacity requirements, building, loading, and delivery principles, FIFO and logistic principals + Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point + Understanding of Occupational Safety Regulations **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
