**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and box creation for shipments. Utilize a voice-to-pick system that streamlines the picking process by providing verbal instructions on item selection, which enhances efficiency and reduces paperwork. **Responsibilities** + Learn and perform all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and box creation. + Utilize voice-to-pick system for efficient item selection and placement in staging areas for packing and palletizing. + Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts. + Handle products safely and efficiently using RF scanners and ERP systems. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols, especially when working at heights up to 24 feet. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems. + Material handling skills. + High school diploma. + 0-6 months of experience in a similar role. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working at heights with racks 24 feet high. + Safety shoes required (no-slip and steel toe). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
