#### **Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role focuses on sourcing candidates by applying for jobs on multiple job platforms, collecting candidate resumes, and organizing them systematically in Trello for the hiring team’s review. The Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring a smooth candidate pipeline and efficient hiring process.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

* Post and apply for jobs across various online job platforms to attract qualified candidates.
* Source, screen, and gather candidate resumes from job boards and other recruitment channels.
* Upload and organize candidate profiles and resumes into Trello for team visibility and tracking.
* Maintain an updated and well-structured candidate pipeline within Trello.
* Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure resumes are reviewed and moved through the recruitment process efficiently.
* Track sourcing activities and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline progress.

#### **Qualifications**

* Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
* Familiarity with major job platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with Trello or similar project management tools.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication skills

#### **Preferred Skills**

* Experience with resume screening and initial candidate evaluation.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple job postings simultaneously.
