Pay Range: $62,880.00 - $78,600.00

YOUR ROLE

To ensure that each shipment reaches its destination on time, in good condition and to our client’s complete satisfaction. To contribute to the smooth and efficient activities within the Operations / Sales / Accounts teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. To ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policies, procedures and best practice.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Co-ordinate the movement of freight to and from exhibitions.
• General tele-sales to generate freight to move to a particular exhibition.
• Ensure all administrative functions are completed in line with company policy and procedures.
• Calculate and provide full and written quotations.
• Ensure all shipments handled are invoiced within the given period.
• Deal with any incoming / outgoing telephone calls and emails politely and confidently, using your own initiative to solve any situations that may arise.
• Attend exhibitor meetings when necessary.
• Work with local station operations to ensure proper arrival and check in procedures for each exhibition.
• Track all shipments through network to ensure on time arrivals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, Minimum 2-3 years related experience. Customer Focus, , Ability to work against tight deadlines. Must be able to problem solve, work with sensitive/confidential materials. Working knowledge of the exhibition industry.
• Preferably 5-7 years in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Characteristics: Good communication skills, flexibility in schedule, great attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work in a team.
