Job Description

Sentec seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer  with a strong background in medical device labeling to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant labeling content for medical devices in accordance with global regulatory requirements, internal quality systems, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create product documents (operating instructions, packaging inserts, labels)
• Coordinate and reconcile labeling with internal and external stakeholders
• Creation of step-by-step instructions for the operation of Sentec devices
• Coordinate and organize translation documents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in the medical device or life sciences industry, with a strong emphasis on labeling.
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and clarity in documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
