Codeworks, a LRS Company is a locally owned and operated IT Services firm in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

Seeking highly motivated Computer Science and Software Engineering Interns who are interested in developing software for industry-leading healthcare digital solutions. Responsibilities include designing, implementing and testing of healthcare digital computing platform and software, utilizing the latest high-performance computing hardware and software technologies.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to design, implement, and test cutting-edge computing platforms and software. This internship offers hands-on experience with high-performance computing technologies, helping to shape the future of healthcare.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and testing healthcare digital computing platforms and software.
• Work with advanced computing technologies, including general-purpose graphics processing units (GPGPU).
• Collaborate with team members to utilize the latest high-performance hardware and software solutions.

Requirements:

• Junior standing in biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields with a software focus.
• Solid basic knowledge of C/C++
• Experience with Linux OS and/or Unix OS
• Interested in general-purpose graphics processing units (GPGPU) technologies.
• GPA > 3.5 ideally

Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $23.50/hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
