**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and growing the online presence of our clients across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, design-savvy, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Set up, manage, and optimize business profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
* Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform
* Manage online communities by responding to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner
* Design graphics and video content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
* Develop monthly content calendars to increase engagement and brand awareness
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics; provide regular reports and insights
* Support paid advertising campaigns across social platforms when needed
**Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
* Comfortable using analytics to inform and improve content strategies
**Compensation:**
$800/month
**Work Environment:**
This is a 100% remote position.
