Social Media Manager - Creator-Focused Role
Description:
We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join a dynamic content team focused on supporting creators. As the driving force behind our social presence, you'll bring the brand voice to life across multiple platforms and be responsible for crafting compelling content that educates and inspires creators to succeed. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a keen eye for storytelling.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and calendar coordination across social platforms.
+ Conceptualize, write, and create original copy that stands out and engages audiences.
+ Lead daily posting and community management strategy on emerging platforms.
+ Build and maintain a dedicated broadcast channel to share product updates and best practices with creators.
+ Pitch, develop, and plan innovative social content that highlights how creators can grow their brand and business.
+ Collaborate with editorial leads to ensure the content calendar is accurate and up to date.
+ Identify and amplify social trends and pitch opportunities to collaborate with influential creators.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
+ 4+ years of experience managing social media for a large brand or organization.
+ Deep understanding of the creator economy and current social trends.
+ Fluent in internet culture and platform-specific best practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
