Location: Incline Village, NevadaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $60,000 - 65,000 per year The Social Media & Graphic Design Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of content strategies across all social media channels. In this fully remote position, the focus is on creating high-quality and consistent content in static, video, and user-generated formats. This role involves collaborating with external partners such as influencers, photographers, and agencies to ensure unified brand messaging. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience and demonstrate a blend of creative flair, strategic insight, and strong organizational abilities to enhance the brand's social media presence and audience engagement. Must have hands-on Graphic Design skills to be considered. Responsibilities: Proven ability to develop and execute engaging content strategies across various social media platforms. Demonstrated experience in planning and managing detailed social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. Proficiency in asset planning and production, including creating briefs for external collaborators and utilizing AI tools for content generation. Experience in producing and editing short-form video content optimized for engagement on platforms like Reels and TikTok. Successful track record of identifying, managing, and analyzing the performance of influencer collaborations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 1-2 years of direct experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design. Expertise in utilizing AI content creation tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) and navigating various social media platform functionalities. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop). Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
