Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for Sit Down & Stand Up Forklift Operators to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.

**Shift:**
- Full time 5 Days a week 7am - 3:30pm

**Salary:**
- The starting pay for this position is $18.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $24 per hour based on productivity.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate sit down and stand up forklifts to move materials in the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from trucks and shelves
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and keep them in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
