Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, anywhere in the United States. About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy. Your work will involve collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and beyond, ensuring our products are innovative, scalable, and aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with both company goals and customer needs.
Conduct research to better understand market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
Turn strategic business objectives into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.
Team Collaboration:

Foster consistent communication, goal-setting, and evaluation within the product team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product development and successful go-to-market execution.
Product Development & Execution:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market data, and business impact.
Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to measure the success of product launches.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, sales insights, and support data to guide product improvements.
Represent the product in meetings, conferences, and customer interactions, advocating for its value both internally and externally.
Financial & Operational Management:

Manage product allocation and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue generation within the product portfolio.
Analyze product performance data to make informed decisions about the lifecycle of products, including scaling or phasing out initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
Proven success in developing and executing product strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of launching successful B2B and/or B2C products.
Strong technical background or understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting for products.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. We ask for a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional travel (up to 25%) for client meetings, technical support, and industry events.
