Qualification:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead to serve as the primary Business Functional Implementation Lead within the Deliver workstream. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and LE (Logistics Execution) , with a strong ability to engage with stakeholders and convert business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. You will be a key player in leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM/LE processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate requirements into SAP MM/LE system configurations.
Design and configure end-to-end processes in SAP MM and LE, including:
STOs & Advanced Intercompany transactions
Inventory Management
Inbound/Outbound Logistics
Shipping, Transportation, and Warehouse Processes. Collaborate with ABAP and Middleware teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
Provide functional expertise for integration activities with third-party logistics and EDI service providers.
Coordinate and execute all phases of testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).
Support user training and go-live preparation.
Ensure SAP solutions adhere to best practices and align with business goals.
Document functional specs, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

Requirements:

10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and LE.
Proven experience with SAP Inventory Management and SAP SD logistics.
Strong configuration skills in SAP MM/LE modules.
Solid understanding of integration processes and EDI/logistics vendor coordination.
Strong experience with system testing and user training.
Ability to map business processes into SAP using industry best practices.
Effective communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management.
