Job Description

Title: SAP IBP
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite preferred), but remote is fine
Duration: 6+ Months
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed

JD: Key Skills and Experience (Must-Haves)

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in ePPDS or IBP .
• Deep functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS .
• Solid experience with SAP IBP modules : Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Hands-on expertise with:

PP/DS heuristics, optimizer, DS board, Fiori apps

CIF integration, master data (PPM, resources, product master)

Interactive planning and overload resolution

• Working knowledge of SAP CPI-DS , SAP PO, Solution Manager, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in MM, PP, SD modules and understanding of demand and supply planning cycles.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is preferred.
• Prior experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry with exposure to GxP compliance .
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills ability to simplify complex requirements.

• Clear understanding of ePPDS scheduling logic, DS tools , and their real-world impact.
• Ability to drive cross-functional workshops , act as the go-to expert, and translate business goals into IT solutions.
• Experience balancing support, enhancements, and strategic projects under tight timelines.
• Self-driven professional with a passion for supply chain excellence and digital innovation.
