- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $65.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the React UI Front End Developer: - Design, code, and develop software
- Work collaboratively on a daily scrum team with a scrum master, product owner, analysts, other developers, and testers to iteratively deliver functional code to production
- Provide technical leadership for projects and products to ensure usability, usefulness, feasibility, and cost effectiveness
- Work with analysts and customers to establish product or project requirements
- Contribute innovative solutions while utilizing best practices, design standards, and governance
- Research technology trends and contribute to designs and technology platform decisions
- Mentor, lead, train other developers
What you’ll bring to the React UI Front End Developer role: - 5+ years of professional related experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered
- Creative thinking, strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity, self-motivation, time managements skills
- Solid understanding of React, including state management tools like Zustand and experience upgrading React versions
- Proficient in using React component libraries like MUI and Axios
- Familiar with React build tools like Vite, Create React App or Next
- Quick learner with a strong drive to stay current in front-end technologies and deliver high-quality, adaptable solutions
- Familiar with Node.js and AWS Lambda; experience with Express is a plus for migrating backend APIs
- Understanding of Higher-Order Components; opportunity to refactor into a state management solution
