Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate:

• $19 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for moving components and materials to designated areas using the various forklift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintained and managed warehouse inventory, tracking merchandise movement and ensuring accuracy.
• Processed and entered orders, maintaining detailed records for operational efficiency.
• Safely operate reach trucks and other forklifts to move, stack, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload pallets in high-bay racking systems while maintaining stability and safety standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Follow company safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish).
• 3+ years of experience operating a reach truck
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
