About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for managing one large commercial construction projects at a time. Oversee the performance of all staff assigned to their projects and acting as the Owners single point of contact throughout the construction process. Assigned to achieve project budget, schedule, safety, and profitability goals.

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related 4-year degree.
5+ years of prior experience as a Project Manager, running your own large projects.
Relevant prior project experience in the ground up commercial, office, and/or healthcare sectors.
Experienced with all cost management of a project including change management and Profit and Loss reporting.
Historically successful managing project schedules, including critical milestone dates; and managing the schedule, holding all project stakeholders- Owner, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors accountable for on-time performance.
