Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Lead Developer with a strong background in automation and AI-driven solutions . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps , Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) , Azure Logic Apps , and/or UiPath . Preference will be given to candidates with strong Microsoft platform experience, especially with AI/ML tools like Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows), or UiPath.
• Leverage AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI for intelligent automation.
• Lead and mentor offshore/onshore teams in solution design, development, testing, and deployment .
• Build and maintain Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps).
• Review code and technical deliverables from offshore teams to ensure quality.
• Design and implement DevOps pipelines for automated deployments and release processes (preferred).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks as needed.
• Support infrastructure discussions, release management processes, and architecture review board documentation.
• Provide ongoing production support , including troubleshooting and resolving automation issues.
• Engage in release management processes, ensuring smooth change approvals and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across infrastructure, development, and business teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development and leadership experience in automation and RPA solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows).
  • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven apps).
  • Microsoft Azure Logic Apps .
  • AI integrations using Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI .
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Proven track record in developing AI-enabled business process automation solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD for automation solutions).
• Familiarity with UiPath RPA tools.
• Knowledge of Python for automation scripting (optional).
• Familiarity with Azure PaaS components such as Storage Accounts , Resource Groups , etc.
