Insurance Defense Legal Paralegal

In-Office | Jacksonville, FL - 32202 | $65,000 – $75,000

Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (No Remote Work)

Position Summary
The Jacksonville office is currently seeking a Legal Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, particularly in bodily injury and/or general liability.

This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents
Prepare medical chronologies and bill summaries
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint for case support

Required Qualifications

3+ years of paralegal experience in insurance defense litigation
Experience with bodily injury and/or general liability (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience summarizing medical records and bills (preferred)
Familiarity with Florida court procedures (preferred)
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Must be task-oriented and highly organized
