Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for scheduled procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, recognizing and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide seamless perioperative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• 1-2 years of experience in surgical, perioperative, or acute care nursing

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations
