**Responsibilities** The function of the Low Vision Center (LVC) Assistant is to provide efficient integration of client and community social needs into care delivery pathways. A key function of this role is to leverage new information gleaned from vision screenings and referrals to the LVC, and to form better partnerships and communications with key community agencies, including social services, public health, and other community based organizations that provide essential support. **Qualifications** + 1-2 years experience in an administrative support position. + AA Degree + Valid CA Driver's License & Auto Insurance + Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. + Ability to multitask and manage work priorities effectively + Excellent customer service skills and care. + Ability to work independently with a high degree of detail orientation + Typing/computer key boarding proficiency + Familiarity with Google Workspace. + Experience with Vision Services preferred. **Overview** Founded in 1923, Dignity Health - St. Mary Medical Center is a 389-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Long Beach, California.
