Inventory Control High Reach Forklift Operator Tracy, CA, USA Req #823 Monday, April 14, 2025 **The pay rate is starting at $21.00/hour. This position is based onsite at our Tracy, CA location.** FreshRealm is looking for 2 Inventory Control Associates to accurately account for all inventory related to the production of meal kit recipe boxes and cross-train in the receiving department to receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual and IT equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Complete multiple daily inventory cycle counts. + Ensure FIFO rotation throughout the facility. + Manage the requisition of product from storage to production; record all inventory changes and input inventory data into the warehouse management system. + Confirm product quality and quantity immediately after receiving processes have been completed. + Understand the inventory needs of the preparation team necessary to complete the daily or weekly production target. + Clearly communicate all significant inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team Lead. + Resolve problems related to inventory, product quality, and yields. + Perform other related duties as assigned. + Receive foods, assemble Meal kits to recipe specifications, ship kits following Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards. + Works on a limited number of food areas, lines, processes, or items. Work is relatively routine from week to week. + May regularly operate standard conveyor belts or multiple pieces of essential equipment. + Package meal kits following prescribed processes and procedures. Deviation from normal processes must be approved. + Rotate and check food ingredients for freshness.
