We are seeking a remote attorney to support our expanding Intellectual Property and Business Law practice areas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated attorney who enjoys handling registrations, correspondence, and transactional drafting for a diverse creative and business-minded clientele. You will work closely with the Managing Attorney to manage intellectual property filings, issue cease and desist letters, and draft limited demand letters related to publicity rights and related IP matters.
