Install Manager – HVAC
Location: Lancaster, PA
Salary: $85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility (including some Saturdays)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HVAC installation projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery

• Manage and support a team of 16+ install leads and helpers through training, performance reviews, and day-to-day coaching

• Analyze data to support departmental budgeting and goal setting

• Work directly with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the install process

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and customer experience

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience managing HVAC installation teams and full system installs

• EPA Certification (required)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach, lead, and resolve conflicts

• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and best practices

• Ability to train and mentor technicians to meet high standards of quality and efficiency
