What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Insurance Benefits Agent, you’re the friendly face (virtually!) that helps families protect what matters most. Here's what that looks like:
Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs and walk them through benefit options
Explain coverage, enrollment, and policy details in a way that actually makes sense
Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing service with care and professionalism
Join team trainings to keep leveling up your skills
Hit your performance goals with integrity and consistency
