**Now Hiring: Warehouse Expediter** **Job Description** The Expediter will work across three buildings, coordinating product and order flow with manufacturing supervisors. This role requires proactive communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations on the manufacturing floor. **Responsibilities** + Attend morning meetings with the team to determine priority orders and urgent tasks. + Spend 75% of the day on the shop floor tracking orders and parts. + Update Excel documents and ERP systems to reflect the current status of each order in the manufacturing process. + Ensure orders and products move smoothly through the shop floor. + Coordinate with manufacturing supervisors regarding delays and product movements. + Schedule orders based on product availability and movement within the manufacturing floor. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in manufacturing. + Experience with inventory management. + Proficiency in using ERP systems. + Experience in scheduling and planning orders or shipments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable. + Strong communication skills. + Customer service experience is a plus. + Experience in data entry, inventory management, shipping, and receiving is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and energetic environment where your contributions directly impact the efficiency and success of the manufacturing process. The remaining 25% is spent at a desk, working with the ERP system and a computer. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
