Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking an **Entry-Level** **Hardware Subsystems** **Engineer** to work in the **El Segundo, CA,** location. Boeing's Space, Intelligence and Weapons Systems oversees the company's major commercial and government satellite and ground programs for communications, national defense, and other missions. **Position Responsibilities:** + Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements and analyses. + Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements. + Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements. + Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements. + Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies. + Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the El Segundo, CA, location.** _This worksite participates in Boeing's optional 9/80 schedule rotation. 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off._ **Basic Qualifications** **(Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Electrical Engineering degree + Experience in RF/Digital electronics (design and test) engineering + Experience with digital circuit design. + Knowledge of FPGAs/ASICs + Active security clearance **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
