Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the events industry

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events and functions.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical needs are met.
Support the event manager in the creation of event timelines and schedules.
Help in setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events.
Assist with registration and guest management during events.
Maintain detailed records of events and vendor contracts for future reference.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in hospitality, communications, or event management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
