Performs test engineering activities including evaluation of new product test requirements, design and build new test stands and developed / implement test strategies.
Develops and/or modifies qualification test plans and specifications for new and existing products
Supports existing production and quality test equipment.
Provides supervision and direction for test/calibration technicians.
Develops new test methods and evaluates instruments for current and new products to improve test accuracy, cycle time, and automation of test process.
Manages internal and external resources for test stand construction, prove out, and acceptance including outside test services
