Description As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and executing our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be interested in the digital world, having a passion for technology is a plus and a desire to continue to learn is critical.
What You'll Do - Weekly reports on marketing KPI’s and sales objectives
- Report on wins/losses, recommendations, results expected.
- Learn SEM Marketing through making optimizations and creating campaigns in Google Ads.
- Manage over 22+ Store Locations SEM Campaigns.
- Track keyword rankings and find keyword opportunities to win.
- Analysis of marketing campaigns, competitors advertising techniques, new/untested digital strategies, market trends, SEO, social media, consistent reporting, and API integrations
- Monthly Region Performance review – goals reached/missed and how to change marketing
- Development and launch of new digital marketing efforts
- Email and customer marketing journeys
- Google analytics/tracking digital performance
- Helping develop digital marketing advertising messaging, campaigns, and persona targets
- Lead persona based digital targeting efforts
- Deploy the “monthly” marketing campaign at their specific stores
- Coordinate any new issues, challenges, or opportunities
- Project management
- Assist in the development of marketing sales campaigns
- Problem solve/trouble shoot API’s and other digital marketing technology with our IT team
What We're Looking For - Confidence in the ability to understand, interpret, and manage business data
- 0-3 years’ experience in digital, data, sales, customer experience, marketing or newly college graduate
- Ability to work with regional leaders within the organization
- Results driven and desire to grow within organization
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge or desire to lean analytic software and reporting
- Clear communication and consistency
- Organized and able to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
- Familiar Microsoft Office
- An awesome attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
