We are looking for a creative, self-driven, content creator to help generate lifestyle content for our luxury home improvement business and manage our organic social media presence. About Us: Closet Factory is a high-end home improvement company that creates custom closets and other built-in cabinetry for the whole home. Our Designers work directly with clients to create their dream space tailored to their style and organizational needs. We are a franchise company with over 60 locations across the US and Canada. We are looking for a team player that can help support the network with engaging, exciting lifestyle content showcasing our luxury custom closets, offices, garages, and more! • Full-Time, work from home position based in Southern California.
• Main job duties include content creation, organic social management, and franchisee support.
• Must be able to get to and from local shoot locations in the Greater LA area, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Diego County.

What You’ll Be Doing: You will be supported by a manager that will work with you to determine overall strategy for content creation, management, and franchisee support, but you will need to be comfortable working on your own and following up on projects assigned to you. 1. Content Creation

• We want someone who is excited about content creation and is proactive in seeking out shoots and getting content from the franchise network. Someone with a lot of content ideas and the drive to execute their vision would be a great addition to our team.
• You will be working with Clients, Designers, and Installers to capture content that details our process from Design through Install. This may require coaching people in front of the camera.
• You will be responsible for finding, scheduling, and executing content shoots at Closet Factory showrooms, factories, and client homes.
• You will be editing video and image shoots into organic social content specific to different key platforms.

2. Social Media Management

• You will be responsible for posting to and managing organic social brand pages across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube Shorts and Houzz.
• This includes responding to messages and comments, sending appointment requests to assigned locations, and managing a budget for boosted posts.
• We want someone who is motivated to grow our social presence, especially on Pinterest and TikTok.

3. Franchisee Support

• You will be helping our team support local franchisee run social efforts.
• You will be creating network content calendars and Canva post templates based on direction from manager.
• You will be assisting in technical support.
• You will help create documentation for franchisee education on social media basics.

What We’re Looking For: We need someone who is self motivated. We are a collaborative environment and overall strategy/planning will be done as a team, but we need someone who can take direction and stay on top of their own deadlines. We are looking for someone with strengths as a content creator first. Our goal is to find someone excited to do the leg work to get the content we need to push our strategy forward. Other basic qualifications:

• Someone personable that can interact with clients in a professional and friendly way.
• Detail oriented and capable of ensuring that posts go out on time and follower responses are acknowledged.
• Experience running or creating content for social media brand pages in either the home improvement, life style, high-end fashion, or realty sectors.
• Experience with editing for social media.
• Experience creating video content for Reels/TikTok/Youtube Shorts.
• Great with follow up and pushing projects forward.

All levels of experience will be considered but please be prepared to provide a portfolio with examples of past work.
