Descripción del Puesto: Estamos buscando personal de limpieza responsable y profesional para trabajar en un edificio de condominios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio.

• Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio.
• Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado.
• Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras.
• Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisores y residentes.

Requisitos:

• Disponibilidad inmediata o casi inmediata.
• Hablar, leer y escribir en español.
• Contar con permisos/documentos de trabajo en regla en EE.UU.

• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, polishing, window washing, etc.
• Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents.

Requirements:

• Immediate or near-immediate availability.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order.
