As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Corporate Team! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Communications Specialist.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to bring the Mark-Taylor voice to life across a variety of channels. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft compelling content for both internal and external audiences from biweekly company newsletters and blog posts to press releases, email campaigns, and operational documents.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will

  • Create content and carry out the Mark-Taylor voice in internal and external communications across different channels including emails, articles, ads, operational documents and more.
  • Develop and write our biweekly company-wide newsletter with engaging content from across Mark-Taylor
  • Respond to online reviews in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Create and share exciting updates with our employees including new of internal promotions, business development, events, and wellness updates.
  • Write creative and professional marketing and public relations copy for ads, client websites, and press releases
  • Partner with various departments on collecting content and developing communications.
  • Develop ideas and write blog articles for our website.
  • Manage updates to our internal intranet.
  • Review social media content to ensure its executing in the Mark-Taylor voice.

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience within internal and external communications in a professional setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and process oriented
  • Writing and editing experience working with marketing and communications teams on branding, articles, social content, blogs, press releases and communications platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
  • Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
