As our client base grows, we are actively seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our dynamic, high-energy team.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Our Clients: Serve as the face of our clients' brands in the community, clearly communicating their mission and value.

• Drive New Business: Identify and pursue potential business and partnership opportunities through in-person outreach and strategic engagement.

• Generate Leads: Support lead generation and track engagement efforts to convert interest into action.

• Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with internal teams to plan, execute, and improve campaign strategies based on real-time feedback.

• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with local partners, community leaders, and prospective clients.

• Participate in Growth Training: Attend regular workshops, coaching sessions, and goal-setting meetings designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and competitive drive

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Eager to learn sales, marketing, and business development fundamentals

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

• 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or outreach is a plus (but not required)
