Represent Our Clients: Serve as the face of our clients' brands in the community, clearly communicating their mission and value.
Drive New Business: Identify and pursue potential business and partnership opportunities through in-person outreach and strategic engagement.
Generate Leads: Support lead generation and track engagement efforts to convert interest into action.
Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with internal teams to plan, execute, and improve campaign strategies based on real-time feedback.
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with local partners, community leaders, and prospective clients.
Participate in Growth Training: Attend regular workshops, coaching sessions, and goal-setting meetings designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Eager to learn sales, marketing, and business development fundamentals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or outreach is a plus (but not required)
