We are hiring a Bookkeeper for one of our clients in Hamilton, NJ . Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper to support our Discharge Legal Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience with paying bills and reconciling accounts, and be comfortable working with legal or administrative teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage accounts payable specific to the Discharge Unit Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies Assist with tracking legal case-related expenditures and budget monitoring Support month-end closing activities as needed Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies Qualifications: Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a legal or administrative setting Strong knowledge of accounts payable and reconciliation processes High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive information Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
