Description Required Skills Demonstrated ability to turn complex subject matter into easy-to-understand and entertaining social content Concept, art direct, and produce quick-turn social-first ideas focusing primarily on in-product experiences, short video, leveraging both new and existing formats in a fast paced environment Communicate innovative ideas to stakeholders in clear, concise ways to both product, communications and marketing audiences Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with writers, designers, editors and leaders Bring passion for the craft of design and art direction Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of experience in-house concepting, art directing, and creating social content for brand and product Experience working on social across multiple platforms Understand strategic nuances of tone and brand Ideate and execute social Experience translated complex topics into easy-to-understand and entertaining social concepts Should be fully adept in shooting their own video content with both iphone and small scale professional camera setups Experience designing, art directing and articulating conceptual design decisions Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality mockups and prototypes using creative software and other tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, Premiere, Capcut etc.) Experience with self-initiated projects Expert communication skills Preferred Qualifications Energized by quick-turn, fast-paced environment Experience in product storytelling and project strategy Detailed-oriented with a thinker/maker mindset Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience working in tech Skills design, visual design, 3d design, graphic design, Art director, Digital, figma, social, USER GENERATED SOCIAL, ugc, IHPONE, ANDROID, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, Adobe creative suite, AE, premiere pro, CAPCUT Top Skills Details design,visual design,3d design,graphic design Additional Skills & Qualifications Global Services - this will be onboarded on a SOW - An existing agency, Artemis , is losing the contract and we are bringing the work in-house. This AD will be part of a teksystems team focused on building social assets for the @meta channels. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
