Join an iconic brand with a tradition of quality and care. The Honey Baked Ham Company is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR team and drive process excellence across our growing retail and franchise network.
In this role, youll build scalable AR processes, strengthen financial controls, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a best-in-class customer experience. Youll oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and reporting, all while mentoring a team dedicated to operational excellence.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
+ Lead and develop the AR team, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting
+ Streamline AR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Manage customer credit evaluations, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align AR practices with business goals
+ Leverage systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel reporting to optimize performance
**YOUR TRACK RECORD:**
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
+ 5+ years progressive AR experience, including 2+ years in management
+ Advanced Excel skills; D365 experience a plus
+ Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
+ Experience in multi-location or retail environments preferred
