You’ll gain exposure to HR strategy and operations, while developing communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This pathway is ideal for students who are passionate about working with people, curious about how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent, and eager to contribute to initiatives that shape employee experiences. It’s a great fit for those who enjoy building relationships, communicating effectively, and applying critical thinking to solve human capital challenges in a corporate environment.
